- 9:30am – Borgerlig kaffereception på Rådhuset – (kun ved invitation).
- 9:45am – 10:15am – Bandet underholder de forsamlede folkemængder på toppen af Bridge Street og vender tilbage til Sheep Street for at lede VIP-optoget.
- Fra 10:00am – Mønstringen begynder i Bancroft Gardens, nær Svanefontænen, hvor Marshals vil være på vagt for at samle gæster i paraderækkefølge.
- 10:10am – 10:30am The town’s primary school children gather in Waterside outside the Encore from10:10 fremefter. Ledet af Air Training Corps Band (ATC), they moved off at 10:30am to assemble in upper Bridge Street for the arrival of the procession. The ATC Bank will then return to Waterside down Bridge Street to lead the parade.
- 10:35am – Guests parade from the Bancroft Gardens to flag positions in High Street and the sides of Bridge Street.
- 10:40am – diplomater, and other principal guests process from the Town Hall to Bridge Street for the flag unfurling ceremony. Parade rute: Får Street, Waterside og Bridge Street.
- 10:45am – Honoratiores og Diplomater, ledet af lordløjtnant, ankommer til flagpositioner i den centrale kolonne i Bridge Street.
- 10:46am – 'Mr Shakespeare' når arenaen fra Fødestedet, efter at have samlet fjerpen. He ascends the dais where Amelia Underwood-King serenades him with Happy Birthday. Beadle og Town Ciers vil kore “Hofte, Hofte, hurra”. ‘Let the Celebrations Begin’ Mr Shakespeare holds up the Quill, followed by a fanfare.
- 11:00am – The Union Flag is unfurled by the Lord Lieutenant. Alle flag vil derefter blive foldet ud samtidigt. The National Anthem vil straks følge, sung Amelia Underwood-King.
- 11:04am – In recognition of its 200th anniversary, the Shakespeare Club of Stratford-upon-Avon, the oldest Shakespeare Society in the world, will lead the Birthday Parade behind the band of the Air Training Corps. Students from King Edward VI Schools and local primary schools children will follow.
- 11:20am – WMFS Band vil ledsage Civic Procession og andre gæster fra Bridge Street og tilstødende gader, sammen High Street, Chapel Street, Kirkegade og Gamle By til kirken.
- 11:28am – Compere inviterer tilskuere, opsat på at gå i kirke for at lægge blomster, at slutte sig til enden af Procession som den bevæger sig ind i High Street. Shakespeare Morris følger efter.
- 11:40am – Den Procession vil passere gennem Den Hellige Treenigheds Kirke, deponering blomster på Shakespeares grav.
- 11:50am – Den Procession er nu overstået
- Fra 12 middag – Den officielle Shakespeare fødselsdagsfrokost vil blive afholdt i Teaterhaven. Dette er en billetbegivenhed, som er uafhængigt organiseret.

| 10:55am | King Edward VI Captain of School takes the Quill in procession to Holy Trinity Church. |
| 11:15am | The Shakespeare service i Holy Trinity Church, during which the Quill will be received and placed in the hand of Shakespeare above his grave, includes the preaching of the Shakespeare Sermon by Alison Shell, Professor of English at University College, London. Members of the current RSC ensemble will also perform verse and music. |
