Stratford-upon-Avon Town Council and Stratford-on-Avon District Council have done everything possible to try and mitigate the cost to those wishing to participate in the Celebrations. Although they continue to strive towards making the event financially sustainable, the pressure of ever increasing expectations by the public and participants means they must rely on additional external financial support from all those who love and value this annual commemoration.
